B2B Sales & Returns
We specialize in B2B perfume sales, offering only brand-new, unopened products. As a wholesale supplier, we accept returns only for incorrect or damaged items, which must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Our goal is to provide high-demand products at competitive prices to support our customers’ businesses.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@onarys.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns must be pre-approved, and we will provide further instructions once your request is reviewed.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@onarys.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to get the item you need is to return the incorrect or damaged item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
